convenient location polite staff clean room
the location was convenient , being close to the beach and restaurants. the staff were helpful and polite, answering all my questions quickly. i found the twin room to be very clean , and the beds comfortable for a good night's sleep.

central location pleasant staff clean pool dated furniture thin wall disturbing noise
the location was superb, very central. the staff were pleasant and always helpful. the pool area was clean and inviting! i spent many afternoons relaxing there, it was lovely.
the room felt a bit dated! some of the furniture showed wear. the walls are thin! i could hear noises from neighboring rooms and in the mornings it was so disturbing.

The staff seemed alright and the location was convenient for getting around I suppose
The room reeked of sweat or maybe feet. It was unpleasant. I could also hear every car and motorbike outside. I really didn't get much sleep.

comfy beds easy move
The staff were lovely and always cleaning. the beds were very comfy. I asked to move rooms and it was done easily with no issues.

My triple room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping worked hard to maintain a high standard. the rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were made up each day! however, the room was old and dated, though that didn't bother me much.

The pool area was lovely. The pool was right size and well maintained. It was very clean and cared for. the pool bar shuts at 7pm, though it's great for snacks during the day. It's convenient for a quick bite.

The staff was very friendly. They were helpful with directions. the room was cleaned daily. i liked the pool. It was clean. a supermarket near the hotel made getting supplies easy.
The decor in the room felt a bit dated. I believe some updates would improve the overall feel.

The hotel location was CENTRAL. I found a bus stop right outside the hotel which was helpful. Everything was super and i would stay again. The staff cleaned the rooms daily, which i appreciated a lot.
The bathroom had a tile that was damaged, this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's location is excellent. The beach and promenade are only a few minutes away. Restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the poolside snack service, very convenient.
The TV in my room did not work . This was a slight inconvenience when I wanted to relax in my room one day.
